Pure Lead

Pure lead up the purity level of 99.97% or 99.98% by weight produced by the company. Pure lead is obtained from different types of lead scrap and batteries that go through battery breaking, smelting and refining processes.

Lead is used in manufacturing of Lead Acid Batteries for inverter, UPS system, vehicles and bullet casting etc.

Lead Alloys

The company manufactures different types of antimonial and calcium lead alloys in standard ingot shape and weight as per the customer composition.

Most of the alloying elements are antimony, arsenic, tin, selenium and calcium.



Lead Oxide

Lead oxide is also known as grey oxide is used in the production of lead-acid battery plates. It is produced through a ball mill process and is a mixture of free lead and lead mono-oxide. It is available in 25 kg bag packing.

The composition of free lead and lead mono-oxide, apparent density, acid and water absorption and fineness is maintained as per the customer requirement.

Red Lead Oxide

Red lead oxide, also known as lead tetra oxide is a bright red or orange in color. It is used as a pigment, in the manufacturing of lead acid batteries positive plates, and as a rust-proof primer paints. It is available in 25 kg bag packaging.

The apparent density, percentage of PbO2 & Pb3O4, water absorption, acid absorption and fineness is maintained as per the customer requirement.

The manufacturing facility is spread over the total area of 677176.50 square feet which is characterized by the state of the art recycling and reprocessing facility and is surrounded by thick green belt which serves as a valuable environmental protection tool, offering multiple benefits like air and noise pollution reduction, soil erosion prevention, and improved water retention. It also enhances biodiversity and creates a more visually appealing environment. 
We have meticulously planted saplings throughout the plant areas, and developed greenbelt which involves strategically placing trees and other plants to mitigate environmental impacts, such as air and noise pollution. These plantations provide aesthetic benefits and enhance the living conditions for workers and residents nearby.
